Bright Program

BRIGHT is a self-capacity improvement program designed for junior high school students (15 years old) to be trained to find their identity through workshops and a series of post-workshop activities. Students who take part in this workshop will identify their true interests, talents and potential and will develop a life plan that suits these interests, talents and potential. Additionally, students will identify, design and build social project initiatives so they learn to contribute to social improvement around their school.

Participants will be equipped with skills in preparing a life plan for the next year using the SMART method, which helps them direct steps towards clear and measurable goals. Apart from that, this program also provides training in increasing social sensitivity and forming a spirit of volunteering in participants.

The BRIGHT program is a valuable opportunity for participants to grow and develop holistically, explore their own potential, and plan steps towards a better future while playing an active role in overcoming social problems around them.

ROOTS Program (Roadmap Of Outstanding Educators)

Quality in the world of education is greatly influenced by the quality of educators or teachers. Facing the dynamics of the world of education and learning which continues to develop, teachers as one of the important actors in it are expected to be able to accelerate themselves to be able to respond to these challenges and developments. Teachers are expected to be able to have the ability and confidence to face learning problems in the classroom. For this reason, training with a practical approach is needed to increase teachers' knowledge, skills and experience in the classroom learning process.

In order to realize these ideals, NICE Indonesia is organizing a program to improve the quality of educators called ROOTS, Roadmap Of Outstanding Educators. ROOTS (Roadmap to Outstanding Educators) is a training activity that produces educators who have quality knowledge and skills and are in line with the educational needs of the 21st century.

The main mission of the ROOTS program is to carry out the process of transforming educators from teachers who have a traditional approach to teaching to teachers who become transformational teachers. A transformational teacher is an educator who becomes an agent of change in education who has an open and progressive mindset; a teacher who is also a Murobbi who can instill ethics, morals and morals in his students; teachers who have the ability to educate in the 21st century through facilitation and mentoring techniques that empower and develop their students into individuals who are independent, think reflectively, and are aware as lifelong learners.

The ROOTS program will convey several skills that we call ROOTs Softskills, namely: Assessiveness; 6 Thinking Hats (The 6 Thinking Hats); Conflict Resolution (Conflict Resolution); Creative Problem Solving and Active Listening

Apart from ROOTs Softskills, the ROOTs Program organizes the FIRST Edu Workshop. In this workshop, we introduced the FIRST Edu Framework, a research-based facilitation approach or teaching technique, based on extensive research in Educational Psychology, Neuropsychology, Cognitive Psychology, and Design Thinking, which aims to provide an Active Deep Learner Experience (ADLX) experience and change the learning process. from teacher-centred (Teacher Centric) to student-centred (Learner Centric).

The FIRST Framework can ensure an effective learning process and ensure that learning implementation covers not only the realm of knowledge and skills but also the realm of attitudes. The FIRST Framework can also make changes in students' thinking patterns and behavior. The FIRST Framework is a comprehensive guide that consists of 5 domains and has 3 principles in each domain. These fifteen principles are essential to having a lasting impact on students and achieving a successful learning experience.

Teaching FIRST Edu to educators aims to perfect the learning process and make a big impact in the future on education systems around the world and open a new era of education that is suited to 21st century learning.

EduLEAD Program

Creating structures and processes that encourage creativity and innovation among school principals, teachers and students so that schools can transform into Centers of Excellence is an important thing that needs to be realized to obtain quality educational results. This demands a total shift in leadership roles beyond administrative and managerial responsibilities towards proactive practices for school transformation.

The EduLEAD program is a program initiated, designed and focused on training school management to understand the concept of 21st century school leadership. The material provided includes effective teaching and learning processes and how effective leaders monitor and develop staff as well as lead school improvements and manage change.

In this program, participants will be trained to become certified EduLEAD master trainers for the participant's home country. Currently, the EduLEAD program has 34 participants selected from the selection system carried out by RITE Indonesia and ready to become Master Trainers. 34 Participants came from various provinces in Indonesia including: Aceh, Jambi, Bengkulu, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, Jakarta and West Java.

Mosque Innovation Program

The Mosque Empowerment Program is a collaboration program between Nice Indonesia and DKM Al Muhajirin Mosque Bekasi. The mosque empowerment program consists of mentoring training on Halal Product Processes and Coffee Business Optimization at the Al Muhajirin Mosque. This innovative program brings together various parties to empower administrators and residents to improve the halal quality of local SMEs and optimize the Al Muhajirin Mosque coffee business.

With financial support from BSI Mashlahat, this program is able to provide quality training without burdening participants. The existence of Nice Indonesia as a training and consulting institution will provide material that is structured and relevant to the needs of today's coffee business. In addition, halal certification from WHCNu will give consumers confidence that the coffee products produced are in accordance with halal principles.

School Improvement Program

School Improvement is a program that aims to improve the quality and infrastructure of teaching and learning activities in schools. This program also encourages the participation of the school community to support and contribute as much as possible in realizing the proposed improvement plan together.

School Improvement also has an important mission to improve and enrich the learning and teaching environment in schools. This effort is carried out through improving teaching facilities and resources to suit the specific needs of each school. Through the proposed improvement plan, this program will encourage active participation from the school community.

PARENTS Schools is a capacity building program designed for parents of students to increase parental knowledge in terms of caring for children according to age, character and development. It aims to improve the well-being of children and young people by improving parents' skills in positive parenting practices. This helps improve the bond between parents and schools to strengthen the positive impact of the educational process on students.

SNMS Program

The School Network Management System is software that will be installed in selected NAMA schools that will be used to improve the overall academic and operational management of the school of students, academics, school support staff, inventory, fees, alumni, parents, etc.

The main aim of implementing this software is to provide support to schools so they can achieve efficiency in daily operations and improve overall management. Through maximum use of this software, schools are expected to be able to optimize every aspect of management, have a positive impact on the quality of education provided, and expand synergies with various stakeholders in the school ecosystem.

CATADEMIA Program

The Catademia Program is a combination of the Catalyst and Academia Programs. This program is specifically for university managers and lecturers. The Catalyst program aims to provide the knowledge and skills needed by higher education managers in facing change.

The Academia program aims to strengthen lecturers' capacity in teaching and research through student-centred teaching methods. It will also introduce more important changes shown by research that will shape the university in the next five to ten years. The program will also train lecturers to take leadership roles in promoting changes that will allow universities to play a more direct role in the communities in which they are founded.
